So, today is the first day of the year 2012. Today is the beginning of the proverbial “end of the world.” We apparently only have 356 days to live until we disintegrate and become dust with the explosion of the earth. Though, I strongly doubt that the end will come this year since the bible clearly states that no man will ever know the month, day, or year, yet everyone wants to believe that they know when it is. In just my lifetime, the world was supposed to end on January 1st, 2000, June 6, 2006, May 21st, 2011 and October 21st, 2011. So, just like every other time that man has been wrong, he is wrong yet again. But, if you strongly believe that the end is in sight, then I advise you and everyone for that matter, to live each day like your last, live a good life, be respectful of your peers, and just overall be a good person. In short, have a great New Year and celebrate your life with those around you.
